We created Jood because there was a lack of a serious player in short-term rentals here. A local team, clear standards, and the desire to do things right.
Our story
The observation was simple.
In Oran, entrusting your apartment to a third party was often a gamble. Keys given to a neighbor, poorly managed listings, disappointed guests.
We told ourselves it had to be better. Import the methods of the best European concierges, adapt them to the Oran market, and build a real structure, not a makeshift arrangement.
Today, over 40 apartments under management, a 4.8/5 rating, and owners who sleep soundly, wherever they are in the world.
